The Mission of the Habitat for Humanity ReStore:

Provide an alternative to disposal for useable items

In the U.S. more than 325 million tons of recoverable building materials are generated every year.
The Habitat ReStore connects unwanted building materials, appliances, furniture and home health care items with people who can use them.
Since opening, the ReStore has diverted more than 10 million pounds (as of June, 2014) of materials from area landfills.

Support the work of Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity makes home ownership possible for deserving families around the world.
In the Quad Cities, more than 84 Habitat partner families have moved from substandard housing to new homes.
To date ReStore has provided funding for more than 10 homes for Habitat for Humanity’s homebuilding efforts.
