Development and Marketing

Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities, a Christian housing organization dedicated to eliminating poverty housing in the Quad Cities, is seeking a goal-driven, results-oriented Director of Development to sustain and increase the affiliate’s homebuilding capacity. The successful candidate will plan and manage annual fundraising activities, including direct mail, grants, special events, major and planned gifts; edit the quarterly newsletter; and assist the Executive Director in general administration, financial management, community relations and strategic planning. A bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management or related field and a minimum three years progressively responsible and successful experience in fundraising are required. The ability to work effectively as a team member with staff and volunteers is essential.
