Come to the Backhoe Rodeo May 19th

Instead of roping calves or riding bulls, this rodeo on Saturday, May 19th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. involves operating a Case Loader/Backhoe to victory in an event that pits the Quad City area’s most talented heavy equipment operators against each other in a series of three skill-testing events. Drop by and watch the fun at Mid-Land Equipment, 3136 W. 76th Street, in Davenport. See demonstrations of Case equipment and participate in activities for families, guests and rodeo spectators.

Local winners will be eligible to earn cash prizes up to $500 plus a trip to Las Vegas in 2008 to compete in the Case North American Championship Event for a grand prize Case Loader/Backhoe valued at nearly $120,000. More than 5,000 operators are expected to compete in rodeos across North America.

Mid-Land will be making a $1,000 contribution to Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities at the end of the competition during the Awards Ceremony. Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities is pleased and excited to partner with CASE Mid-Land for such an exciting event!
