There is a sliding fee based on total household income level and size of project. The program also has a “sweat equity” requirement for hours of work to performed by home residents, family members or friends on a project or some mutually agreeable service work.
Homes will be selected on the basis of greatest need, the availability of funding and the ability of our volunteers to accomplish the needed repairs. We are NOT able to do major structural repairs or handle environmental issues such as: roofs, siding, foundations, lead, mold or asbestos.
