The Central City Repair Program will serve the Davenport, Iowa area between the borders of West Locust Street to the North, 4th Street to the South, Harrison Street to the East, and Division Street to the West. |

We build or renovate simple, decent, affordable homes. These homes are purchased by families with a low down payment, a no-interest mortgage, and with affordable monthly mortgage payments that are based on the family’s income. Families are selected based on need, ability to pay a mortgage, and willingness to partner with Habitat. |

Home accessibility ramps improve the health and safety of the families we serve and provide the opportunity for families to regain self-reliance. This program aligns with our mission to restore hope and empower our low-income, aging, or disabled neighbors. A sliding scale fee will be paid by the homeowner. |
